Our Fees

  • monthly management fee: 6 % off gross rent, multifamily and commercial units will be quoted after consultation and inspection.
  • lease up commission 40% of 1st months rent or $500 which ever is greater per tenancy.
  • Rent up only (find a tenant only) 75% or $750 which ever is greater of first months rent
